”War And Peace: The Art of Relating” is about:

Understanding that the peace we seek in our life and relationships starts first with understanding and taking responsibility
for the war inside ourselves.

It is about exploring our belief that "I am Right and You are Wrong," and learning how to look at our own negativity with
great acceptance for all that is inside us.

It is about stopping our pointing a finger outside – at what is wrong with others, our lovers, the world – and bringing that energy
back to us to use as a creative force in our lives and relationships.

It is about exploring the darkness; and then transforming it into light, joy, celebration, creativity and love.

It is about finding silence and peace within ourselves.

It is also about Fun, with lots of connecting and sharing. We will do a variety of processes, including
The War And Peace Meditation, a knock-your-socks-off process that allows us to explore our feelings in a safe,
social experience.
All you need is just to be ready to jump into the unknown.
