What is Meditation? Meditation has three essentials elements: Relaxation, Watching and a Non-Judgmental Attitude. Through these, slowly, slowly a great silence descends over you.

You will learn a variety of ancient and modern methods that help you enter into this state of meditation. Each method starts with movements or specially designed activities to first release mind/body stress and anxiety. This creates a space to sit silently and move into stillness. These unique meditation techniques are easy to learn, enjoyable and can be used in daily activities.

The instructor, Shanti Schenker-Skye has been meditating for over thirty years. She has lived, in India and Japan- invibing the teachings of the East. Shanti has facilitated meditation classes, workshops and events in Asia, Europe and the United States. She is co-director of The World of Meditation.
